Pretty accurate but why even include the bottom tiers. Whether they improve, decline, or stay the same or doesn’t really matter

No reason NONE for kappa sigma to not be top tier. No reason for them to be in decline. Lack of ambition and no leadership are the only answers. They have the house and the location.
