Yes they’ll be able to pledge again, as long as they weren’t initiated

The members of past fraternities that were suspended, even if they were initiated, were allowed to rush again. Won't be an issue.

Well since phi tau’s nationals kicked them off and I don’t believe they were initiated then everyone who was pledging phi tau could re rush or most likely just join phi tau underground, although they won’t ever truly be considered Phi Tau’s
