I'm from a top house frat and I'm getting tired of seeing all these posts on here about phi mu from girls that are clearly jealous. They may not be the hottest girls on campus but they are definitely fun and genuine girls. I'd rather hang out with a girl that's real but not that hot than a girl that's really hot but super fake. What you see is what you get with these girls and that's why they're one of my favorite houses.

Went to one of their rush events. Overall, these guys are O.K. Some guys kept to themselves or to there ZBT brothers. They should work on reaching out to all the potential members. I don't think they are bottom tier, but I definitely don't think they are TOP. They seem to be having fun within the group, but other than that I don't see how they distinguish themselves from other CSUN fraternities. Even though I have friends in ZBT, I didn't really get their vibe. Some decent men, but some strange.
