Rankings 2015-2016 school year
Sororities:
1:Kappa Delta ( they won a lot from most philanthropies Presidents Trophy and top grades . Pretty popular )
2.Alpha phi (popular they pretty,social and relevant.)
3.ZTA ( they're very social the don't really do much outside of that)
4.ADPI (sweet girls)
Fraternities:
1.sig ep: (they won a lot this year and they're pretty social)
2. Sigma Nu:( social and became more known this year)
3.Kappa Sigma:( they are new but doing well)
4.DSP (idk)

Also, don't forget SigEp won President's Trophy as well.
So SigEp is Top House out of all the fraternities and Kappa Delta is Top House out of all the sororities. For you newbies, top house means best organization.

Go with the organization that you feel is right for you , not based on what other people think is "top house".

Semi agreed with "wisegal".
It's true to follow what you think fits best for you, since everyone has their reasons why they want to join Greek.
Although these ranking are accurate, especially for the top houses (ΣΦΕ & ΚΔ). Both of these houses are well rounded receiving many recognitions in many areas for their hard work.
