Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Columbia University - CU 4.4 They had the best parties of any frat last year. Would consider them the top house, definitely seem more exclusive and active than sigep nowadays. A lot of rich international boys, also a lot of cute boys--some of them can be douchey, but overall the guys tend to be friendly and chill.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Columbia University - CU 3.4 This was one of my favorite fraternity but the most recent pledge class is definitely different than the guys they usually take and in a bad way, they basically just accepted one entire friend group and since then their parties have had a different (re: worse) vibe.
