Reach out to Greek Life and let them know you are interested in houses doing COB. Know that the next few days and first couple of weeks will be difficult to see girls in letters around campus, but things will get better. Try to be happy for the girls you met during the process and form friendships with them, since they may get inside info on if their house has COB and might keep you in mind if COB becomes available in the future. Keep your grades up and be social and nice to everyone you meet during your 1st semester, it could help you in the long run if you still have interest in greek life.

It is just a different year. Has nothing to do w you.
Pulling for you whatever you do. Really hoping COB starts this semester. Know it feels so bad. There were amazing pnms released.

I'm a senior this year, I went through fall rush my freshman year and got dropped completely. I was devastated/ heart broken. And had made plans to transfer at the end of my first semester. My advice, don't throw away your college experience because you didn't get into a house. Find some club or organization and get plugged in! Like really plugged in! Thats the only way you'll make it through because it does suck, I'm not gonna sugar coat it.
I was fortunate enough to be approached my sophomore year, spring semester about COB. So keep your eyes and ears open.
After this is all over, if you need someone reach out, I can post an email for an organization I'm a part of here on campus and we can get connected.
You'll make it though I promise!

The same thing happened to me--and I went for it! It was one of the best decisions I could've made. Just wait it out, make friends from all over the place, and if Greek Life is really what you want, you'll be a part of it before you know it.
