coffins and chio's

Is it true that you have to get in a coffin for initiation? To be reborn as a ChiO. Sounds a bit too much if you ask me.

Yeah pretty well known fact about them. All the houses perform strange rituals during initiation

Not my house...there's some singing and stuff but nothing that was crazy. If I was in ChiO and had to get in a coffin I'd be seriously freaked out.

Bc the same rituals were performed 100 years ago.

The also have to get in the coffin with a dead owl. PETA actually sued Chi O for animal abuse.
