fraternity rush

Everyone keeps saying fraternity rush is different this year. Anyone know the details of that?

Just a little more formalized, using a website, rushes have to register, etc. still not as formal as sorority rush, but a little more organized than before. I think the plan is to try to phase out off campus fraternities.
