Frats: ATO, KA & pike
sororitys: asa, sk, zta, tri sig(when they actually show up), ast (even tho they mix with lower tier frats)

You do not know who has the "best mixers" there is no way to know. It is entirely opinion based because sorority or any frat can say they have the best mixers because in their opinion their mixers are the best. People are going to troll this post to sell rank so hard it's gonna be hilarious.
