I love the delts! They have awesome parties and have some really hot guys, could be a dominant house if they tried a little harder in greek week

Coming across some growing pains but definitely will be top house in the near future. Solid pledge class this past fall. Chapter has great potential but just needs to overcome a few minor speedbumps before taking top house. Fun parties and their brotherhood is something to be admired and respected.

Literally do nothing but throw parties and try hard at IM's, which is ironic that they focus all their time on athletics when theyre all short and small. ppl think theyre parties are big bcuz they have a small ass house, realize that, everyone is either on the porch or in the cramped ass living room. runts of the frats
