if i had to rank the fraternities my way (unbiased), it would be:
1. Beta
2. Sigma Nu
3. FIJI
4. AGR
5. Sigma Chi

Phi Delt & Sigma Nu have the best guys overall. Some good Fijis, Betas and SAE's. Then theres the rest.

Beta and Sigma Nu have the best houses overall. Second group is Fiji, SAE and PhiDelt. Farmhouse and AGR are all right, but I wouldn't want to be in them. The rest... meh...

Beta, Sigma Nu, PhiDelt, and SAE are the top tier. That's regardless of how someone feels about those house's stereotypes. FarmHouse is also really good but it is nothing like the traditional houses.

Girls favorites are Sigma Nu and Phi Delt. They by far have the hottest guys and they are gentlemen.

Putting Phi Delt into the top 8 would be a complete joke. I think everyone on campus forgets there is even a fraternity FH.
