Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority Ratings at WKU

My biological twin sis is freaking out about virtual recruitment so I am giving an unbiased perspective on each sorority since I’m guessing a lot of the PNMs will come to this website. I have seen AXiD improve a lot as I’m about to start my senior year on the hill, but I’ve also seen them make some major mistakes. Their handling of said mistakes is what really confuses me. They’re a (relatively) new chapter on the hill, so why does it seem like their advisors either don’t exist or don’t care about some of their behavior? I was paired with them for shenanigans one year and things were really, truly disorganized. It’s good to see that they have a house now, as I think that will make a huge difference for their sisters to take being in a sorority a little more seriously. Their pledge classes keep increasing in quality, so I applaud a job well done. The last thing I have to speak on is philanthropy (theirs is Autism Speaks) and while they don’t participate solely in things benefitting Autism Speaks, that organization is as corrupt as it comes and I could not in good faith be a person willing to raise money for them.

I’m gonna be honest, when I went through recruitment I wanted AXiD so bad but I was dropped. I ended up not joining a sorority because I dropped a few and the ones I wanted dropped me. In hindsight, I’m glad AXiD dropped me. They’re wild, their philanthropy is not a good organization (look up why people dislike Autism Speaks) and they’ve had so much controversy. Their dues are also crazy expensive but when I wanted them, it was something I was willing to pay. I hope they get their act together soon because their reputation is slipping, especially after the video with racial slurs. If you go through recruitment and find yourself liking AXiD, make sure you really ask about their values because I’m not convinced they have any anymore.

After their video went viral with the racial slurs and nothing was done about it, there is a lot of unknown of what to expect with this chapter. They are doing well academically, but they still have girls in their chapter who pose a risk of ruining their reputation all together. They have some awesome women in this chapter who do so much for it, but they need to really recruitment women who won’t be risky in semesters to come. I hope they stick around. They really were doing well before.

These girls are very cliquey and if you have drama with one then you are a target by many others in their groups. Lots of drama.

They have proved that despite any hardships, they still stand as strong, fierce and empowerful women.

Have met lots of axid girls and they were all very nice. Hoping to get into axid when i go through recruitment next fall

they are kinda...... scary...

Literally all of the axids I have met have always been so sweet. They are very involved on campus and always participate in other chapter philanthropy events. Very genuine, real group of girls

These girls are definitely on the come up. They have worked so hard to be where they are at. These girls are so accepting of each other and more involved than any other chapter on campus. You can tell they are extremely passionate about their philanthropy. Definitely going to be top tier in the next couple of years.

Sooo I head there’s a twitter video going around of them screaming the n word in unison. Idk about everyone else but that just don’t fly with me. So much for just winning most improved chapter during Greek week...
