I dropped because I didn’t get my first choice but said whatever I’ll try axid anyway they seem like they have a lot of potential but they seemed to have the potential for standards problems. If a girl hangs out with a frat that’s less concerning than a girl that got alcohol poisoning at a mixer and their exec board at the time treated those two things like they were the same type of offence

My biological twin sister is freaking out about virtual recruitment so I am giving an unbiased perspective on each sorority since I’m guessing a lot of the PNMs will come to this website and talk about things. I’m a guy, so this is just talking about how things look to me as a guy and my experience being in a frat and interacting with these girls. KD is aggressive hands down. I was paired with them for homecoming and I thought I was having a bad dream where I was in a labor camp. Tbh with the amount of stuff they require, I don’t understand how they haven’t gotten in trouble for completely stressing out their girls. I get that they have a reputation to uphold, but homecoming is supposed to be fun, not punishment. On the upside, they are very diverse. On the downside, they don’t hang out with any other girls that aren’t KDs and turn their noses up at girls that haven’t won as many awards as they have. There’s a reason people don’t clap for them during Greek Week announcements. Occasionally I consider buying myself a KD sticker for my car and parking at their house because I can’t find a parking spot on this campus and their parking space is taking up prime real estate, and I just hope no one notices I’m not a sister or even female.

My biological twin sister is freaking out about virtual recruitment so I am giving an unbiased perspective on each sorority since I’m assuming a lot of the PNMs will come to this website. DZ is pretty new to WKU. In my eyes, this gives new girls an opportunity to gain leadership experience right off the bat. DZ is probably the most diverse sorority on campus. They have attractive girls, bratty girls, smart girls, girls that probably think the world is flat, and they’re pretty known for being LGBTQIA+ friendly as well as not discriminating whatsoever. I am underwhelmed by their campus involvement. I think it may be due to the fact they have SO MUCH diversity, but their sisterhood doesn’t seem very strong. Their instagram doesn’t accurately reflect the girls in there. I feel that DZ has a lot of potential, but they’ve gotta work on a few more things over the years.

My biological twin sis is freaking out about virtual recruitment so I am giving an unbiased perspective on each sorority since I’m guessing a lot of the PNMs will come to this website. I have seen AXiD improve a lot as I’m about to start my senior year on the hill, but I’ve also seen them make some major mistakes. Their handling of said mistakes is what really confuses me. They’re a (relatively) new chapter on the hill, so why does it seem like their advisors either don’t exist or don’t care about some of their behavior? I was paired with them for shenanigans one year and things were really, truly disorganized. It’s good to see that they have a house now, as I think that will make a huge difference for their sisters to take being in a sorority a little more seriously. Their pledge classes keep increasing in quality, so I applaud a job well done. The last thing I have to speak on is philanthropy (theirs is Autism Speaks) and while they don’t participate solely in things benefitting Autism Speaks, that organization is as corrupt as it comes and I could not in good faith be a person willing to raise money for them.

I am currently going through recruitment as a freshman and yesterday was my first day. I know online recruitment is weird and they are new to it as well but a girl I talked to in Kappa Delta told me I was nice but belonged in a different sorority. It was only the first day and I didn’t think they know that much about me yet. I am not sure if that’s what they are supposed to do but it broke my heart and now I am nervous other sororities might think the same. Suggestions?

My biological twin sister is freaking out about virtual recruitment so I am giving an unbiased perspective on each sorority since I’m guessing a lot of the PNMs will come to this website. AGD may seem like it’s still bottom tier right now, but they are definitely on the come up. AGDs aren’t the most social sorority I’ve interacted with, but they’re generally very sweet and kind when I do have a chance to talk to one. Their philanthropy events are great. They show out to other organization’s events including other sororities which is really respectable in my book. They seem to have a good balance between their sisterhood (which, from the outside view from a guy, could use some work) and keeping friends in other sororities or unaffiliated girls. I’ve never seen an AGD passed out drunk or puking her brains out at a party (that I know of) so I gotta give em credit for their class. They know their limits. They show up to class every day and care about academics. I hope they continue to be on the come up.

A very special thank you to the girls in other sororities that paid to have positive comments deleted and made fake new ones! Truly shows your character! Recruitment isn’t a competition, it’s about finding the best group of women that will encourage you to be your best self and have values that match what you hold deeply in your heart! Keep your mind open. If you love AOII, that’s great! If you love ADPi or Chi O or KD or SK, that’s great too! These are YOUR college years. Make the best of them with the group of women that you think will contribute to that the most.
