Off Campus The Move?
by: MikeWith the 3 top frats, Sig Nu, FIJI, and Kap Sig, off campus, will off campus be the new move? The 3 frats have the most fun guys on campus so will sororities give in next semester and mix with them?

Elite rushees accept bids and want to be a part of elite organizations. Kids show they’d rather be a part of an elite off campus frat then be in a lesser organization on campus.

lol nah y'all are beat. its time to move on and accept that fact that all of these off campus frats are on the decline, especially as middle tier frats take over the mixer scene. good luck getting high tier kids when you have nothing to offer but stories about your blast in the past.

I can tell you realllly want this to be the case but deep down you know it’s not like that, right? High tier kids know which frats are high tier and don’t care about being on campus or not lol. Try again in a few years buddy
