They do not have a house yet or ways to throw parties. However, next year they are getting 4 houses and will be a lot more active socially. And the following year they are getting a huge house with like 8 bedrooms.

...damn there’s some scared frat boys on this site. We mixed with Phi Sig on Thursday; Gamma Phi is on Tuesday. Phi sig was great and GPhi will be too.

He asked a question about who Pike mixed with. He got the simple truth (Phi Sig and G Phi) and you make weird comments trying to flex or something? Not the hill I’d be willing to die on but hey, you do you.

Like I said, some scared frat bros on this site. Top tier frats wouldn’t really give a damn who Pike mixes with. Sig Nu and SAE mix with top tier sororities; I’d be willing to bet they couldn't care less who we’re mixing with.
