They can trick rushes into taking their bid bc they have the house but they don't really have much to offer beyond that. The place is geed central and I'm pretty sure they have a fund to pay for removing any negative posts on greekrank.

Decent brotherhood but the guys are very judgemental at times and always seem to think they are above everyone else when they aren't. If it wasn't for the house, they would not even have a pledge class.

Lambda has become so horrible the last few years. Their days of mixing with good sororities are coming to an end, guys are so weird and soft. Biggest downfall of a fraternity on this campus. If it wasn’t for a house they’d be worse than TKE

Known for having one of the best houses on campus. Parties are packed but with less attractive people. Brothers are weird and often rejects from top fraternities. As long as they keep their house they will stay middle tier but will not rise for a long time due to their reputation and sorority relations.
