Where do most frat parties happen?

Where do parties happen here since frat houses are illegal in Boston? I heard there are a lot of parties in apartments but do those get shut down a lot because of noise complaints?

Most frats have a number of houses/apartments they rent on Mission or Fort Hill that they party at. Cops sometimes show up and kick people out but nothing really comes of it.
