Would love to hear others input but this is what I think it is:

Top: Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt

Upper Mid: KD, Pi Phi

Mid: ZTA, Chi O

Low Mid: Alpha Chi, ADPI

Low: AOPi

I’m gonna be honest upper mid VS mid is not a thing. All 4 of those houses recruit the same girls- where you end up among those is based on where you’re from and connections.

Theta/Kappa
Tri Delt/Pi Phi
KD/Chi O
Zeta/AXO/ADPi
AOPi

First five have similar girls, but different vibes. KD is more of a second choice to the other four but gets some great PNMs. Chi O does its own thing. Zeta/AXO/ADPi are all great girls but not as big personalities as the other five or unique like Chi O. AOPi nice girls.

Collegiate NPC women are ALL good students and wonderful people. Their orgs would not accept, nor keep, them as members if they composed themselves otherwise. Your life choices are just that, yours, and there is no need for other people to post tiers here for your edification as making individual life choices based upon your own experiences would be best.

top: kappa/ theta/ tri delt

upper mid: pi phi/ kd

mid: chi o/ zeta

lower: axo/adpi/aoii

first 5 are very similar tbh and chi o has the most defined personality (blonde/christian)
aoii/adpi/axo all recruit from the same group of girls and mostly depends on the year

AOPi is not crossrushing? They pull very nice introverted girls. Zeta didn’t fall but AXO and ADPi have gotten stronger and all three are cross rushing PNMs who maybe aren’t as outgoing or big personality but still a good mix of fun, social, nice girls. Pi Phi more comparable to Tri Delt than KD for the past few years. They are still a first choice and have a distinct personality whereas KD is catching PNMs who don’t get their first choice. Both good but not comparable in many regards anymore. Agree Chi O is distinct and hard to rank.

zeta is definitely higher than they should be on here and pi phi should be top tbh. Mid would be kd/chi o with zta/axo/adpi after. agree that AXO and ADPi have gotten stronger but they don't really cross with each other as much and really not with aopi at all

Aopi does cross rush with the other alphas. A lot of their newest pc went aopi over adpi and axo.

You're simply flat out wrong. Pi phi is definitely not top, KD is much better than them. also zeta is 5 trillion times better than Alpha Chi or ADPi.

Heres what its actually:

Top: Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt

Upper Mid: KD, Pi Phie

Mid: Chi O, ZTA

Lower Mid: Alpha Chi, ADPi

Low: AOPi

Easier to group

Biggest personalities, most outgoing
Kappa/Theta, Tridelt/Pi Phi, KD

Pretty outgoing but don’t go as hard
Zeta, AXO/ADPi

Less outgoing, very nice girls
AOPi

Hard to group

All of the above with a religious slant
Chi O

The debate about KD is probably guys stirring. KD is solid but they are not cross rushing as much as they are a sorority where some great girls end up. The other four are being preffed first depending on the vibe you’re seeking. And Zeta is the newest and gets different types of girls but AXO and ADPI are getting stronger thanks to some great pcs so they should all be grouped together as a solid middle.

What? Sig Nu more on par with KA than ATO ZBT etc, so by hoco if that is standard you are using

Kappa/Theta
Tridelt/Pi Phi
KD/Chi O
Zeta
ADPi/AXO
AOPi
