Feel badly for the sophomores
by: SadI feel badly for the girls who looked forward to joining Greek life. It’s going to be a lost year. Even if they do rush virtually and take girls into sorority there are no true benefits for joining this year. No formals no parties they probably can’t even hold weekly meetings at this point. This goes for all activities not just Greek life. It’s just that you have to pay a huge amount to dues and it’s not worth it to many

Cant imagine Greek life not taking a huge hit. Lots of people going remote as it is because of money and the reason people join is to be part of a group and to have social events. Non of which will be happening. Maybe Greek life wont have as much social power for a while, which would be amazing

I am in a bad way. Because of everything going on I can’t keep up with the dues but my sorority makes it very expensive to leave. So be careful what you wish for.
