Duquesne has grown in population significantly but Greek life has not changed. Frats take whoever and they all seem to find their place. Sororities are incredibly limited and take their members based on who they already know and party with. Unfair rushing, and some still haze despite how hard they deny it (aphi & dz mostly). The limited space and preferential bids have made every sorority into a high school clique. Disgusting to be a part of, but you won’t have a social life at duquesne without it. Do NOT recommend duquesne to anyone.
