Comment:  There are not really tiers at Lamar. But ATO is something new! They seem like a great group. As far as calling blackballed pike pledges? Maybe some of the are blackballed pike pledges, but I think pike missed out. And I would way rather hang out with the blackballed pike pledges than the jerks they initiate. Not to mention some of the pike members are just creepy and weird. Who is deciding who is getting the bids anyways. ATO seems cool.
