Comment:  so many girls have dropped from my chapter to join ay. they don't have as many rules because they're local so they govern themselves. their dues are way cheaper but they do the same things we do. they are allowed an overnight formal in a different city that the panhellenics can't do bc standards. only downside i've heard is that they're selective with their pledge classes and it's harder to get a bid. also prepare to be a pledge that's drunk 24/7
