Comment:  Honestly, as being a woman, I feel safe at their place. They are a dry house, but I think that plays into why they have good grades. They aren’t known for their parties (besides ISLE). Gentlemen of quality... true husband material. Good looking guys that are smart. People leaving bad comments are other fraternities. If you want to be in the most successful chapter, FIJI is it. Known for being “wealthy” because they have the most expensive dues on campus. That’s about to change when they have their house paid off in 2020. Top tier fraternity... people that disagree are other fraternities and girls that are obsessed with one fraternity... truth hurts. Their house isn’t huge, but the quality of the house is amazing. Cleanest house on riverside and just overall a good looking house.
