Comment:  TDP holds some rank at monmouth being a decent middle tier house, however there's definitely a lot more they could be doing to become top tier. They have good numbers, a good percentage of attractive members, and are involved on campus. Their parties are alright, but it can be kinda a weird vibe sometimes. Not a bad option for those looking to rush, but also not the best.
