Comment:  Please be advised that my rating of this fraternity is based on my experience with other chapters in New York State. The University at Albany has not listed Theta Chi on its website with regard to good standing or disciplinary status. According to available intelligence data elsewhere in the SUNY system this fraternity flourishes free from official persecution even on campuses that are very hostile to a Greek life.
