Comment:  Nick Vogl was the downfall of this fraternity. They lost the barn because their members were too selfish to move in. The chapter didn’t see the barn as an asset. We aren’t going behind engineering to party. It’s creepy back there and too much of a liability on my sorority to have our members get caught when their party is being shut down. If phi psi wants a social, they better be ready to pay for only third party venues!!!
