Comment:  Used to be quite a good chapter but got one bad pledge class a few years ago and started to struggle with retention. I know a lot of girls who have dropped said the girls were mean. Girls that used to be really nice to me stopped saying hi or acknowledging me when I didn’t join and I know a handful of girls that would say the same. Their last pledge class seems happy so maybe they’re on the rise, but time will tell
