Comment:  They had the highest return rate in recruitment which means the most people ranked them #1 last year, so its kinda funny that people are saying bad things. I know so many Phi Mus and they are all such real, funny, fun girls. Definitely more genuine than some other top tiers. They aren't ranked well on here bc Phi Mus don't bother to self rank. They don't need to -recruitment speaks for itself.
