Comment:  Theta Chi parties with the hottest sorority girls, has one of the best Frat houses in chico and is always down to rage. That being said, they still have a very strong brotherhood and are tons of fun to hang out with. Great guys who are always down to have a good time. And definitely a safe bet to go to a theta chi party. Minimal creeps and goobers like you would find at Lambda, Phi Tau or K Sig. Keep it up Thetas!
