Comment:  This is a house to watch. I see them at a majority of IFC events participating and recently having much success and winning some things. I've never been to any of their events but I've heard from others that they throw some good parties and are improving there too. They're certainly middle tier now but they could easily become an upper middle tier with another solid pledge class or two.
