PNM's - It cannot be emphasized enough that while recruitment is a 'mutual selection process' it is the sororities who are making the decisions of who is invited back or not. They do not see your rankings so it doesn't matter how bad you want a certain sorority, it is their decision based on their own chapter's opinion. The only time your rankings come into play is in the event that more sororities want you back than your schedule will allow, and that's when the algorithm kicks in to drop your lower ranked houses from your schedule. And while some girls certainly do get full cards, or nearly full cards, most, and I mean the vast majority, do not. Be aware that tent talk includes some pnm's bragging that they are getting full cards when they are not, so don't pay attention to what anyone is saying about their rush, period, and there is no need for you to share any of your opinions or experiences with others unless they are positive ones about the houses and other pnm's. And finally, being released from any house is NOT personal, it DOESN'T mean you aren't good enough, and NO ONE in that house is looking down on you. You will be more than fine!
