Montgomery girls tend to be more free thinking than you would imagine. I think they, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville are much more open than MB and mobile. OTM bham is also open minded. New row gets some instate but mainly great girls from OOS. I know that adpi got lots of instate girls last year though from smaller towns. Would love to hear about instate girls at NR too.
