ZTA and AOPi are NOT Top Tier 1b. ZTA is good, top middle, but it's not that good and AOPi is very much middle. Also for JUST SAYING.... if you are including dates what about AGD? they wre founded in 1923, 3rd oldest at UGA, and I don't see them in your list. PNM - Go with the house you like, not its age.
