"Drop" is a misnomer for PNMs. You aren't really dropping any chapters unless ALL the ones in your favorite list invite you back. For every chapter in your favorites list that does not invite you to their next round you will go that far into your ranked/bottom list. Consider the ranked list your back-ups. Back-up list is a much better description than dropped list. Example: For philanthropy day PNMs can visit a max of 9 chapters. You indicate the 9 you most want to return to (in no particular order) and then rank your 3 back ups. If 7 out of your 9 favorites invite you back, but 2 do not, then your ranked/back up chapters come into play. The computer will check to see which of your ranked/back-up chapters invited you back and fill your schedule accordingly. It checks for your top ranked first, then moving down as far as necessary to get invitation matches until you have a full party schedule. If your bottom ranked chapter appears on your schedule then it means that there weren't enough invitations from your favorites list or higher ranked back-ups to fill your schedule.
