You will only get out of a sorority what you put into it. If you want friends then You have to be a friend. Heavy work load sounds like an excuse. Eat meals at your house, attend swaps, go to football games with the girls in your sorority. I'm in a top tier too and I promise you that if you ask a sister if you can tag along with her and her group she will say yes! You just have to take the step and put yourself out there.
