For me last year, it was the first round. If you have friends in the house, most will take you all the way to skit before they drop you. If you don't know anyone in the house, after the first or second round. The hardest cuts to swallow, and where I saw the most tears last year occurred after pref. so many girls thought they were getting bids to their first choices only to be disappointed when their first choice cut them.
