Let's say you pref xo and KD and you wear a little green dress. Xo may think you are sending a clear signal that you want KD. Xo will likely cut you. I would be very careful about wearing a color associated with a sorority you are preffing, especially if you want a bid from the other house. I wore a lbd and never felt awkward.
