Good point re: marketing strategy in the South. The problem for any chapter that gets a reputation like "hot" (or any negative, like "weird") is that once the reputation is embedded, it's hard to get past it. Perception is everything to a great degree. Alpha Phi seems to be getting established and I hope they do well. We need every house on campus to succeed, otherwise we won't get any new houses to accommodate the growing number of girls going through rush.
