I'd add Alpha Phi as OOS/OOR, also AOPi and Theta as OOS/OOR. Some OOS houses are more OOR than OOS, meaning from the Deep State. DG and Phi Mu are pretty split between MS and OOS, with most of the OOS being from the South. Always exceptions, of course. I think DDD and KD have OOS too, but are always almost Deep South and/or legacy girls for the most part.
