Yes, I can count. You're counting the WRONG photo. The photo that XO wants you to believe is the PC. It's the photo of the whole chapter before bid night, while they are waiting for the PC. I would respect XO a whole lot more if they just owned up to the truth. We all know they've had a rough go of things and need a fresh start. So just tell the world they got 47 excited awesome new pledges and stop trying to make it sound like they made quota. They had to offer snap bids. You can't offer snap bids if you are at quota, so the two things don't add up. I am happy they took 47 girls who wanted to be there! That's celebration worthy after what the chapter has been through.
