TPA is more almost 5K higher than the next highest chapter. I wouldn't pay 14K to live in regardless of how cool the girls are. I am not doubting they have cool girls, but you have to admit their social calendar sucks. They party with all of the unhoused chapters. No other housed chapter parties with those chapters. I don't want to do that. They might be under just one more year with Delts but will they be able to get another house? If no other fraternity gets kicked off, they will be stuck again. But I did think ASA was really nice. If they are on my list tomorrow, I will be ok with it. I had 4 chapters and I can afford three of them.
