I think the middle tier chapters are going to come out the best. A girl who would normally go XO may go Gamma Phi or Kappa now and then the girls who would go those chapters will look at KD and AXiD now. I think the middle chapters: AXiD, KD, Theta, DG, AEPhi, AOII, Phi Mu, SK and AGD will pick up a lot of quality girls. Unfortunately, I think women may or may not choose to join the "bottom" houses. TPA's house bill is killing them, girls have to really love the chapter to want to pay 14K for it. ASA I think may do better because they don't have a house.
