Go through with recruitment and give the chapter a fair chance. You haven't transferred anywhere yet. You may change your mind about transferring or you may not be accepted at a transfer school. Don't count your chickens before they are hatched. There are no guarantees. If you do transfer, do it for academic and career advancement reasons. Don't transfer schools because of social reasons.
