I completely agree, I have friends there as well and they say that most members do not care to make it better! It's so easy to change your image through social media and a couple good recruitments but they like to say they aren't "superficial" like other sororities but that's their problem. Keep your morals but get girls who can also offer looks. Sucks for the girls who are in that chapter who are social/beautiful with great personalities and want it to change but are stuck with other members that don't care..
