It’s not “a totally different group of girls.” Ninety percent is probably the same because there’s a lot of overlap with who the chapter wants and who HQ wants. Of the ten percent that’s left—when the chapter wants to invite a girl back but then HQ secretly cuts her ... actives just assume the PNM cut their chapter. If the chapter ranks a girl low but the consultant moves her back up in the ratings, the girls in the chapter just assume their return rates weren’t high enough to prevent her from getting invited back. If you’re actually in a sorority then you know these things happen all the time. And A Phi is taking advantage of the fact that recruitment is such a weird and hard-to-understand process (and very few actives ever see the invite lists).
