People (both pnms and guys in fraternities) who love them really love them and see them right up there with the standard top houses and ChiO, but people who don't care for them or just don't know them don't see them mixing with every top house and therefore assume they're not that good. They mix with AEPi, they mix with DKE, they just may not be mixing with the FIJIs of the world and that's okay. Bottom line, AEPhi is pretty well liked by their target audience and not as much by everyone else.
