Just guessing that the typical demographic of the block speculators is a hen that graduated circa 2008 and wants to still believe that her toppish house has a decent blocking partner. Out of touch a bit, but things haven't changed that much so she clings to the "glory years". She's passionately checking this site for perceived confirmation and it still seem so important .
