It is incredibly foolish to take other people's opinions about a house you wish to join. Realistically, joining a greek house is legitimately is arguably one of the most important decisions YOU can make in college. Don't let others sway your judgement and in truth, YOU need to find where you belong. In comparison, would you ever let others have influence about where to move to or what major to pursue? Of course not, you have you own personality and mindful reasoning. Rush the house and find people who you know you want to be surrounded by and have similar interests/goals as you. "Trust the process" is emphasized because to be straight, maybe your dream house doesn't think you fit well, find people who accept you for who you are.
