I've heard Pi Phi and Kappa have really genuine sisterhoods. There tends to be an idea that top tier houses have weaker sisterhoods because they are more conserned with maintaining their tier than finding pnms who will actually fit in best. I can't say if this is true or not- honestly you just have to find where you fit in best.
