Delta Phi Epsilon at Syracuse University Delta Phi Epsilon’s Gamma Chapter was established in 1922, but disbanded in the late 1990’s. In 2013, they reopened in their current house, built in 1911 to sustain a large family. It was vacant for two years, but the sisters have since made it a home. The chapter values different personalities and diversity in women.
